Webpage Developer
The most self-explanatory job description in the world is for Web Designer. You need to design and maintain our website. But you need to keep in mind that
the website is our tool to reach the customers and interact with them throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. At A&S Worldwide, we are all one team. Our
mission is to find the right solution for the customer every day. Our team go the extra mile to make life easier for our customers, working hand in hand with
Advertising Platforms to provide integrated services. So, we don’t need a genius for this post, we just need someone who knows websites in and out. And most
importantly, a team player.
Duties and responsibilities:
§ Design our website from scratch which will be the first contact point for our clients across the globe;
§ maintain the site in a manner that our clients can stay with us throughout the entire period of sale and after sale as registering, customer service, referral;
§ continuously updating and upgrading the design so that our creative products and services do not appear in a stagnant presentation to our regular and
new clients;
§ keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments;
§ carry out coding using the state of the art software;
§ continuous search engine optimisation;
§ meet relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy;
§ edit content, debug code and re-design web pages;
§ continuously test the website to ensure it’s working without a millisecond of interruption;
§ research current design trends;
§ undertake CPD activities to keep up to date with new software developments, etc.
§ work with different content management systems
§ consider search engine optimisation (SEO)
§ design the website’s visual imagery and ensure it’s in line with company branding policy or the requirements
§ work with other web specialists, including database developers and graphic designers
§ liaise with outside agencies
§ test the website to ensure it’s working
§ research current design trends.
§ Install security protections on our website
§ Ensure websites function on a variety of devices
Skill and qualifications requirements
§ At least 3 years’ experience as a Web Designer & Degree level qualification
§ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
§ Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
§ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
§ Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
§ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
§ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
§ Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
§ Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
§ Ability to work with a team in an agile environment.
§ Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues, and experience with best practices around database operations.
§ Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise projects, meet deadlines, and make room for emergencies, as needed.
Salary Hours
£24,000.00 per annum 37.5 per week

Graphic Designer

knows websites in and out. And most importantly, a team player. As a creative company, our business depends a lot on aesthetics and therefore we require this
post to be highly creative and technically competent with responsibilities including:
Duties and responsibilities:
§ Using industry software such as AdobePhotoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to create visual designs for our product/service range and presentation during
sales pitches;
§ Ensuring that design work is aligned with other methods of communication;
§ working on a range of design pieces, from social media posts to packaging design and full-scale branding projects;
§ Conceptualising visuals based on requirements; preparing rough drafts and present ideas;
§ Developing illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand;
§ Testing graphics across various media;
§ Ensuring final graphics, layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
§ Understanding the commercial value of graphic design;
§ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites, etc.

We need to be constantly on top of these changes. Our market research team is therefore vital to determine our production and operations path. The key responsibilities of our Market Research Analysts who are experienced in the industry are including:
Duties and responsibilities:
§ collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
§ compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
§ perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis; interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
§ use online market research and catalogue findings to databases; identify market trends, pricing/business models.
§ evaluate programme methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
§ remain fully informed on market trends, etc.
Salary Hours
£27,000.00 per annum 37.5 per week
